When my wife and i reached out to Veterans United we were already mislead by one lender who said they work with veterans all the tome. They could not figure out the VA home loan process and essentially told me to put it together and call them back. I was severely disgruntled and disheartened. I had heard of Veterans United and decided to reach out, we had nothing to loose at that point. We then received a phone call from Derek. Derek handled everything and was straight forward and completely honest with us. He is very knowledgeable and knows the VA home buying process very thoroughly. He helped us fix any issues we had, was very patient, and jumped right back in at full speed once we met contingencies. My wife and i went from thinking we will be long term renters, to now being homeowners. Derek has definitely willed a way for us, and kept our spirits up. We can not thank you all enough, and plan on recommending Derek to anyone looking for a VA Home loan. Thank you so much!

If possible I would rate 100/10. I will always use Veterans United.
Delayed communication or delayed responses hampered the process a bit. Closing was pushed back when we couldn't get the numbers needed for closing on time to submit paperwork to the 401k for withdrawal, even though we were asking ahead of time for updates.
