The professionalism of the team assigned to me was unmatched. Nolan and the team truly made the enormous task that is home buying not only easy, but exciting in a way that doesn’t get old after the 10th house you have visited. They consistently checked on me, but never made me feel overwhelmed; and were thorough with their explanations and paperwork. Never once did I feel alone during the entire process, and every conversation with team reassured me that they were looking out for my best interest. I know it sounds strange coming from a business, but I never felt rushed to get a deal done. Lastly, my realtor Jon was an absolute legend. I am seriously surprised that any of there competitors are still in business after experiencing the quality of service I was provided. Everything was awesome! Service l, response times, respectfulness, and flexibility. I will say near closing there was some difficulty with the fact it is a mobile home, but the team made sure we had everything so we could close on time

I really asked around when we first started working with VU. It was going so smoothly and so efficiently that I thought they were a scam. We were terrified about the home buying experience, especially in such a time crunch (literally a month before we would have to sign a new lease at the apartment we were at). But it wasn’t so bad, and they were always there to answer questions or concerns. We will be thankful forever! Especially Nikki, Brittany, and Marissa!
After a little over 3 years of looking for the right house and right loan, Veterans United came through for me just when I needed them. My loan officer did everything he could to ensure everything went smoothly during the loan process all the way through the closing.
