Deena, while a fine person, needs to work on her communication with the inter-office team and the fine nuances of her job and what it entails. For instance, I asked her to send me the Gift Letter in Docusign format. She told me she couldn't do that. I opened up the app and there it was already in Docusign format. That's just one for instance. There are several of those.
Brad did an outstanding job thru all of this. You are the man Brad. I will definitely recommend Veterans United to everybody.
