The veterans united team was absolutely amazing. From Candy, Mark, and Megan making sure that my husband and I understood where we were in the home buying process to answering any questions we had. It was very challenging to be vulnerable during this process as a military member. At times, I felt as though the process was very intrusive however the team always explained why. They even sent my little doodle a care basket which she loved so much. I admired how patient each team member was with us and even during the most stressful times, they never waivered in their support for us. It meant the world to have such an amazing team be with us from start to finish.

There was a lot of things I needed to provide and I felt like I could have been communicated better. Montgomery did great! He’s the man, but Alix was sometimes frustrating to work with. She demanded so much and hardly reach out to let me know what I needed to give her.
