Emily really made me feel comfortable and answered all of my Wife and I’d questions. We had some trouble with our escrow manager Norma. Emily swooped in answered my questions and solved san issue we were having with Legacy Escrow. Emily and her team made my hope buying experience super pleasant. My only suggestion is that after a 'pre-approval' any supporting documentation needed to
support the approval could and should be started prior to the property offer so that the
closing could be expedited....as I found out it can be a lengthy process.
