Loan team was great. Loan officer was quite rude towards the end for never talking to me through the process. Talked to me like I was the bane of his existence and really did not make me think he liked his job. The rest of the team was fabulous and what I remember from our 1st time with VU.
The home buying process was so stressful to us but this team put those worries aside and aided in every way!! Extremely exceptional!

Being a first time homebuyer, I was very skeptical about the process. Having the convenience of the VU App was amazing. Anything I needed to upload for the loan team was a breeze. Having a to-do list was great and kept the entire loan process on track. It definitely kept me up to date with documents and what still needed to be addressed.
