This is my second time working with Solibel Ramos as a lender for a VA Loan. The first time I was a new homebuyer and did not understand much. This second time, I tried to use a different lender and it failed because of how hard their process was. I worked with Mrs Ramos again after because I remember how easy her & her staff mad everything with the purchase of my first home. If I could use her for every state I moved to, I would. I am thankful for this experience I’ve had with her after purchasing two homes in two different states. If you use choose to use Mrs Ramos as your Lender, she is nice and her process is user friendly. You will not regret it!

VU made the process very easy, provided me with a great team.The team sent a gift for my recent engagement and treats for our family dog.However I did not receive an initial package as my brother (who signed up with VU due to my referral). The package included a VU flag pole holder & printed home buying guide which I thought was a nice gesture. Not all vets receive this package apparently.
Only problem I had was with seller she took too long on her part so my interest rate went up half a point which is costing me 50-75 more a month and around 22k over the term of loan.
Working with the Veterans United team made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend VU to others.
