Felt like there could’ve been better communication at times. One person would respond then someone I didn’t even know jumped into the conversation. Just had no clue who was reliable to ask questions to. Other than that everything was taken care of. I like the DocuSign except for one occasion. The ability to connect my bank account through Plaid was cool. I would’ve liked to have spoken with someone once it was time to talk about Monthly Payments and getting estimates instead of reading through. Just to have that experience and knowledge from a loan team.

Being able to do so much online is a great benefit and time saver
Great process, the todo list and document storage and review were great. Learned some things about my finances I didn’t even know. The underwriters requested info at least 3 times. We could have moved faster if we didn’t have to wait a day to get back in the queue, my todo’s were alway done within an hour. Think I was much faster than most, but I had to keep up the pressure to get closed in our 30 day timeframe.
