Overall the team was outstanding!! They went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and all were answered! My financial concerns and time constraints were no problem for them! My dogs are also very grateful for the toys and treats sent by the team!

Loan team was great. Loan officer was quite rude towards the end for never talking to me through the process. Talked to me like I was the bane of his existence and really did not make me think he liked his job. The rest of the team was fabulous and what I remember from our 1st time with VU.
The home buying process was so stressful to us but this team put those worries aside and aided in every way!! Extremely exceptional!
