The Condo i lived in was being sold so i was very sad to leave after almost 8 years. Most of the homes were just not what i wanted. In a word- Incredible! Outstanding 5 star service all the way! I never thought getting a home loan would be a fun experience but it actually was! As long as you are prepared on your end with w-2's, bank statements, etc. (all the things they need) they literally do everything else! They'll even find the utility companies in your area for you!
