If I could give more than 10 stars I would! My team (Dave, Tyler, Anna, and Josh) was amazing. Above and beyond the entire process. Always welcomed my questions or concerns, when I was feeling anxious or scared or lost they were all extremely reassuring and helpful and made sure I understood every step. I feel so blessed to have Veterans United beside me through a journey I was terrified of. I would have been lost without them.
Being on time is important and that reflects. I know that’s not solely anyone’s fault but all are still accountable.

So I couldn’t have asked for a better loan team then Terri Behrens and Jackie Cox. By far outstanding during the whole process. Terri was able to answer any and all questions I had while making the whole thing super painless and stress free. Even more so since I am in the Navy and stationed overseas at the time during the home buying process. She worked with me and hooked me up with the perfect realtor and got me in a home for my return stateside. If I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Already recommend them to my friends, and will definitely use them in the future.

The process towards buying my new home started with selling my old one. The sale took much longer than I anticipated which delayed my purchase. The purchase date was very close to the end of my company's relocation period and Veterans United worked diligently with everyone involved around the Christmas Holiday to get me an early close and meet my timeliness. They were beyond courteous helpful every step of the way.

The team was very helpfull,professional,and very patient , answering my many questions.
We were so impressed with Veterans United during our home-buying journey. The entire teams was very accommodating and worked diligently to help us close on-time. When bumps did arise, they were very informing and helpful in our ability to understand what was going on and did what they needed to, to make it smooth for us. We will ABSOLUTELY use Veterans United in any future home-buying journeys.
They help me through the process but it’s so hard to contact them. I almost lost the house because they take so long to give my Loan approval. I would recommend it but I think they need improvement to communicate with the builder.
