I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by my loan officer and their team. As a veteran, I approached this loan process with trust and expectations of professionalism and efficiency. However, my experience was marked by a series of miscommunications, unnecessary delays in the closing and signing process, and confusion regarding the pest control treatment required for my property.The lack of clear and timely communication from the team significantly impacted my experience. Important details were either relayed late or were unclear, leading to avoidable complications and stress. The drawn-out attempts to close and sign were particularly frustrating, causing unnecessary delays in what should have been a straightforward process.Moreover, the confusion surrounding the pest control treatment added an additional layer of inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Such issues could have been easily avoided with better coordination and communication from the team. Why Veterans United would use a title company that lacks credibility simply because they are the “cheapest” option is wild. Do better - you’re serving people who’ve given some part of their life to serve the Country.I hope this feedback is taken constructively. To ask for “10’s” just because is unprofessional when I’ve been clear on my dissatisfactions. It is crucial for a team handling such significant financial and personal transactions to operate with a higher standard of clarity, efficiency, and professionalism. I believe addressing these issues will greatly enhance the experience for future clients, especially veterans who rely on your services for such critical life decisions.
Everyone on the team were very helpful and friendly! I would recommend to any first time homebuyers to make sure to ask questions if you don’t understand what’s being asked of you when going through this process. My team was ready and willing to explain.

Veterans United Home Loans was the easiest and quickest process I have ever had. I have never heard of someone saying how easy and great closing on home was. I will recommend them forever. They were always there for any questions that came up and I loved all the help with all the extras that come along with moving.
While the home buying process was relatively easy at times a felt like some of the ask were unrealistic, or I wasn’t informed completely about some aspects. Time lines are really short. Which created much undue stress, especially for an individual who works full time. The bombardment of emails the first day was overwhelming.All staff interactions were always positive, which was needing as buying a house can be extremely challenging.
