My first home buying experience was horrible and this has been a night and day difference. This team was friendly and answered any and all questions. They constantly checked up to make sure I understood everything. They were quick to respond whenever a question was asked. I will say from the first call speaking with Emmett I knew he would help me through the entire process. We started this in Florida and ended up moving to NC. He was able to help me get a pre-approval letter for NC and he did a great job with such ease. During the entire process I could always count on him for everything. When I was overwhelmed with so much going on he was always there for me and would just listen. I can't say enough good things about him. I told my husband I don't like to fly but would be willing to fly and meet Emmett. He's the best loan officer I have ever talk to. The entire team was amazing. Thanks to all of you for your help. Everyone at VU was friendly and helpful and great to work with. My only issue was that the papers got to the Tiltle company 2 hours "late". They were still able to accommodate us and we signed in time, but that bit at the end with the papers not being there when we had privided all our stuff very promptly throughout the process was nerve wracking! I am thinking this is because you need more loan officers and they are hard to get these days.
Everyone was right there to help along the way. Very prompt replying back to whomever has a question.
