The last bit I couldn’t understand or comprehend was the POA wording and why it became an issue. We set up the POA in advance because I was leaving the country for work and subsequently leaving the country on a family vacation less than 24 hours after my return. I was foggy on those details on the wording. I know y’all got it squared away for the closing to get funded. Why wasn’t this caught in advance. We gave the team plenty of time to review things prior to Rieko signing the documents on the 7th. Can you all please elaborate on this? I am not upset by any means it got taken care of. I just would like to know for my peace of mind. Thanks again for all your help. You all are the best that’s out there.-Marc
