VU worked to help me secure my VA loan even though it looked like all odds were stacked against me. I am confident I will move into my new home today due to the hard work and dedication of the VU team. I would definitely recommend them to all military members and their families.

Everyone was great! The personalized service I receive was excellent!

It was quick and easy. The app helps you stay on top of everything and engaged with your team.


Unfortunately the movers recommended was very expensive considering the fact that I did get the appropriate break down until the end of the move. What I had to pay was I did expect to pay for a local move with approximately 7-12 mile radius travel time. Other than that, it was a successful move.

The process of getting a loan was amazing all my questions were answered. The staff is very knowledgeable, and professional at all times.

Went well last time. Critical process failures this time, but they ultimately stood by their work and made it right. In some ways this is more telling. Every organization has hiccups, not every organization has integrity.

We had such an incredible experience as first time home buyers with Veteran’s United! Our team was amazing and they helped us through every part of the entire process!

Awesome isn’t enough to explain Lance, his team, or anyone else at Veterans United! Everyone on the team were all on the same page, even down to the minute of big time decisions relating to closing. I had Lance close a loan for me getting into my first home 4 years ago and he knocked it out of the park so obviously the only team I could trust to land me into my family’s forever home was Lance and his crew. That’s exactly what they did and I can’t thank them enough or explain how great of a team they have. 10/10. 5/5 stars. If a 20% tip is what I could give them, I’d give them 110% because they give nothing less than that. I can’t speak higher of Lance and everyone on the team and I’d recommend Veterans United to anybody I know! I’ve used them before and if I need any assistance relating to my home in the future, I know exactly where to go.

There is no bank we would give a higher recommendation for in regards to our veteran home loan process! They are ON TOP of it! They never became frustrated with my daily abundance of questions.
