It was very easy and smooth process, all the team work so hard and quick for you .The entire process was easy and paperless, the documents that was requested was easy to get, non crazy requirements. There were a lot of communication a long the process.

Everyone told us the home buying experience would be stressful and difficult, possibly with an emotional roller coaster of disappointment, but we just didn’t experience that at all and I think it was, in part, due to Stephanie’s knowledge and communication. Horrendous customer service. Loan officer didn’t give one single care about our needs and intentionally lied to us to cover her own mistakes. Mistakes that will cost us $30,000 over the life of our loan.
