Applying for and receiving a home loan approval with Veterans United is a most gratifying experience. I suggest to any veteran who is thinking about buying a home, for your own piece of mind you had better think very strongly about getting onboard with Veterans United.
Many of the documents required were dictated for upload piece-meal. For example, a couple of weeks into the process a water test was required because we had a well. The well test held up the process because it had to be done 3x before the process was approved. Had they told me upfront the process could have gone faster and smoother. Also, once a set of required documents was uploaded then more were requested. This happened on several occasions. Had they they required ALL the documents it would have made the process much smoother.
Amazing people to work with. Our original purchase and our refi were so easy for us. No issues at all. Communication is perfect.
My team did great! They helped me every step of the way and were fast to get back to me and keep me updated. Would highly recommend!
