What is there to say more about Aaron and Eli's team with the home loan application? After a previous mortgage with USAA, I felt apprehensive, with my PTSD resurfacing. But with Aaron and Eli, the experience was refreshing. It felt like a peaceful night's sleep, only to wake up in the middle of the night to find a delicious grilled cheese sandwich and a glass of milk waiting for me. I savored the sandwich, enjoyed the milk, and drifted back to sleep, waking up the next morning in my new home. That’s how simple it can be. I would of appreciated more transparency is this process because this was my first time buying a home. Unfortunately, I feel towards my closing alot of things I had to pull teeth to get from my team in order to close on time. There was no call or explanation for documents i have never seen before. I would of loved to have been guided through this process seamlessly but that was not my experience.
