It was so easy working with Veterans United on my home loan. There was great communication, and I loved the text feature because sometimes I wasn’t sure who would have the answer to my question. So I would just text the number, and the right person on the team would get back to me, never more than a couple hours later. They were helpful anytime I had issues with a realtor, and were always available to answer questions about listings when I wasn’t sure what the VA would and wouldn’t fund. They worked hard to help us find a home that met our needs in such a difficult market. I would highly recommend using Veterans United to any vet looking to buy a home!

Some people do not and should not have a mic in their hand. No one wants to listen to me. I have nothing to say but positive things about the team I worked with. By far, the easiest home buying I have done.
If I had to have one critique, it would be the underwriters seemingly forgetting there was a global pandemic and record number of unemployment a few years ago Trying to write a story as to why I wasn't working during the pandemic was a bit odd. The only time in my life I wasn't working and I had to write multiple stories as to why. Pick up a news paper once in a while. I guess it's easy to do things like that if you do not have direct contact with the customer.....but, in the end, they got it done and all was well. Closed with no issues.
