If I could do it differently, I would’ve chosen a different company to get my loan through. Charlie was a great loan officer but his team became very uncommunicative towards the end of my homebuying journey and I ended up having to constantly follow up with them AND the title company. The team should’ve been communicating directly with escrow but I had to liaise more times than I’d like.
Great experience. The whole team made everything work smoothly. Each hand knew what the other was doing. Everyone worked great together and got the job done. I would do it this way from now on.
