We had 5 separate closing dates to get the paperwork right. All info was provided prior to first closing and prior to each subsequent closing but one team did not know what other was doing. Started working with team on March 6 closed over 2 months later.

My initial loan team of Kayla, bailee, and Madison was very exceptional up to the first offer. Once my offer was declined and I had to back out, Madisons demeanor immediately went from incredibly helpful and responsive to getting sent listings way out of my price range and eventually not hearing from her for almost a week. Leading me to have to use a realtor outside VU. Once I went under contract my primary loan officer switched with David and immediately all communication went downhill. Kayla was responding within hours and it seemed like David was making it his mission to update me as he was walking out the door every single time there was an update. He didn’t submit my information to the underwriter until a day before closing and had to push closing back twice ultimately because he was extremely slow at telling us what he needed.
All services and the employees were exceptional!!
The entire Veterans United team from top to bottom were absolutely amazing!!! The guided me every step of the way and answered all my questions. The MyVU app was easy to navigate and the to do list was a blessing to have to keep me on track. I’m very grateful and thankful to be a part of the Veterans United family.
