We were working with a local lender because people we knew said they were good. Fast forward three weeks later... this lender was working af a snails pace, hard to get a hold of and when we ran into a surprise major problem they treated us poorly. We had been speaking with Malachi off and on for advice, so we called him for help. Before we even officially signed on with Veterans United, Malachi had a fix for our problem, had a cheaper rate, and we had credits that we did not get with the other lender. Switching to them was the best decision we ever made. We worked closely with Lauren and Malachi who were professional and treated us with respect. They are not only great at their jobs, but they are wonderful human beings. We are now proud home owners and we owe it all to them.
