They helped iron out some discrepancies from the builder/seller side, and made sure everything was in pristine condition for closing day. My home insurance was gouging their prices and no one bothered to until I showed my realtor the home loan paperwork. The insurance quote was sent directly to VU so we didn't have a chance to compare. Shouldn't someone in underwriting say something if something seems off?
