I was always warned that VA home loan is very hard to get and I will not even get one without blood and sweat. I was very reluctant to apply. After experience with couple banks and other loan, I gave it a try and I was surprised. The experience is far from what I expected, from the first step they make me feel like I am talking with a friend. They help me navigate through financial situations to get the pre approval within minutes. I have the pre approval letter the very next hour after I provided my information. Brandon reached out to me immediately after the pre approval letter was sent and check if I am happy with the result . He and his team follows up with me every steps of the process. And once I found the house, Megan steps in and she answered any questions within minutes. She explained the step and advise what I should do. I would not praise enough for this experience. This is my first time buying the house . I was nervous , especially after the experience I had with other lenders (I feel like I will never able to buy the house ), I am very happy with the help from Brandon and Megan.
