Rachel was really amazing. She answered all of my questions, and if she didn’t have the answer then she would go find it for me and tell me. Rachel interfered for me when there were stressful situations while purchasing my home and it really means a lot for me that there are people like her actually looking out for Veterans. At the end of the day Justin and his team got in the way of what I thought were people taking advantage of me but we worked it out like professionals and got the mission completed.
The only issue I had was sheer volume of documentation I had to provide - especially with the underwriter's request for the different versions of income proof and also that my wife had to write a handwritten note saying that she would be living in the home with me. The last request was especially ridiculous. The team, Brandon, Bronson, and Nate, however, were excellent.
