All in all with how seamless and easy this process was made because of the efforts of the entire team was phenomenal. It was our first purchase and we had a to complete the purchase signed-unseen but with the guidance of Debby and Mystle the process was made to seem… elementary . There’s nothing elementary about this team and the absolute professionals and experts they are in their field and with their tasks. The overall process was very smooth. We had no delays or issues at all. Everything was explained to us in a timely manner and the portal was very easy to use and upload necessary documents. We closed on the house as expected. Great service and very professional individuals.
I served many years in the military. I relocated a lot and Veterans United was a completely different home buying experience for me. I had a whole team at my disposal. From my loan specialist, Kyle Boger, to my real estate agent, Eric Ludvigsen and several others I don't have room here to mention. I had assistance with every aspect of my purchase and move. Including utilities, internet providers, security systems, even change of address with the post office. None of them appeared to be just doing their jobs. They were all genuine good people and wanted to help.

Good crew to walk you through the whole process
VU team Tiffani and Megan were great as well. I like the group text feature so the loan team could see everything all parties were doing. I didn’t have to repeat myself or keep up who’s doing what. The team managed everything. I like the VU portal as well. I can see at anytime my progress. As a travel basketball parent I liked ability to esign feature. I was on travel and while waiting on games I could review and sign documents. Instead of the pressure to find a printer. This was award winning team and process.

Mr. Tim Alvis is/has doing a outstanding job in getting my home. Right from the begaining I worked wit Mrs Jackson because I was moving to Florida than change my mind and Tim and his team took over. Overall, our experience using Veterans United to purchase our first home was exceptional. There were a couple of bumps in the road, however, they were not at the fault of VU. We appreciate all of their help to getting us into our home!
I originally heard about Veteran's United after talking to a friend, Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, James Roy. If it's good enough for a CE Chief, It's definitely good enough for a Maintenance Chief!
