Veterans United provides excellent loan service and Merrie Ellis is the best representative you could ask for.

As a first time home buyer my review may be naive in the ways of home loans, and maybe I set my expectations too high. However, in my opinion the communication was awful. It felt like I had 50 people on my "team" which made it difficult to understand who to ask questions to. Team members would help me for a couple of days and then disappear. It seemed like the team didn't communicate with each other either because they kept asking me the same questions. I told my team I was interested in buy downs and that I wanted to know my options. I was never given those options. My rate was locked in without prior consent. When interest rates dropped no one reached out to me to ask if I'd like to lock in then or wait to see if they went lower. When I told my team that we decided to sell our previous home rather than rent it out they told me it was fine and that we'd have no issues. Only to find out later after our offer had been accepted that we needed to close on the home we were selling
before closing on the home we were buying. Which made things extremely stressful because we had already had an offer accepted on a new home and had to rush selling our home to try to get the closing dates to match. Again this my my first time getting a home loan. Our previous home my husband bought, and it was his loan. I hardly knew anything about the process and was heavily depending on my team for guidance. My team got me the loan, but did the bare minimum to do it. I expected a more personal experience with a team that actually looked out for me, but the only person on my team looking out for me was my realtor.

This company is the best we have ever worked with. They heard I was expecting and sent us a baby gift. We had professional and efficient help with a personal touch. Wouldn’t work with anyone else.

Heidi, Brian, Kimberly and crew are an awesome team. They made the process of buying a home relatively simple. They kept me undated on every step of the way. Always asking if I needed any assistance or had any questions. The whole process was literally painless. Love you guys you were awesome

Absolutely loved my team, they made buying a home simple and a great experience!! I will miss talking with everyone.

I've used VU before, and they were great, but this Vegas team was outstanding. They texted, they called and they kept me informed on what was happening during the entire process. The process was easy and completed at lightning speed.

I do recommend Veterans United team. Wanted to buy a house and had no idea what to do. This team had helped me through the process and kept everything professional. Learned a lot through the video guides that was provided to me as well.

The process was good seems to me it worked a little backwards. This was my first time purchasing a home so all in all it was a great experience. As for the sellers realtor my wife and I were not very impressed by his lack of professionalism.

Worked well for me!

The team I worked with took care of business!
Just like that song, "taking care of business every day!"

I skipped going with trash Amerisave, Amerifirst and Rocket Mortgage to stick with Veterans United. I worked with Charles and he helped me get informed with the ins and outs of the home loan details right. I never felt as if I had questions and could not get a reliable answer. Your experience may vary with the other lenders, but I would skip the crappy grind of price matching and just get to the good stuff. Thanks!

Even as a first time homebuyer, Veterans United made everything easy to understand! The multiple people on the loan team knew their stuff and definitely answered all of my questions so I wouldn’t go into this without any doubts or worries!

Great experience. You all made it easy. Thanks Kaitlin and Team.
