Just refinanced with VU - the experience was outstanding! Absolutely, no complaints! VU handled my original mortgage. When I saw an opportunity to refi, I shopped around but could not find a company that was better than VU. Others "fast talked" and promised great rates, but there was always something hidden in the numbers. They were not up front, detailed, and honest like VU. VU even went the extra mile to assist with retitling my home in my family trust. These folks are the "real deal"! They understand that they get more business by being honest, professional, and fair to Vets.
Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! Right away I started using this application, easily able to upload documents and be able to review all tasks needed in order to not only see my approval rate. Also be able to access my documents to read and download.
