Only concern is that some of the requested docs didn't have the ability to connect a document to. Also, it did take a little longer to review the docs than other experiences I've had. Otherwise great.
Choosing Veterans United was a good choice. They took care of me from the start. The biggest help was they worked for me and tailored the loan process to work for my needs. They were always available if I had any questions, which were not that many because they always made sure i was up to date. They paired me with a realtor that looked out for me as well. Thanks to my team Katelynn, Michael, Melissa, Nicole, Lynn and all the others who worked behind the scenes for all the hard work from start to finish for us going from looking for a home to becoming homeowners. If you are a veteran and considering whether or not to buy a home now, it is the time and Veterans United is the source. They provided all the help this old soldier needed when starting the lending process, then was able to connect me to an outstanding real estate agent. The home I picked is lovely and closing was a breeze. Anyone else who goes through the process and stays within the guidelines will get lots of help. I particularly enjoyed some of the videos on the website which helped during the various stages of the process, especially when it came to closing. These people will work with you and make it work for you.
The whole team has been nothing short of amazing and spectacular to say the least and I started this journey with casey and a credit advisor and a low credit score that was very weak and please forgive me for not remembering soni in most of this because if casey didn’t refer me to him I would not be a home owner today they stuck with me and guided me in this direction and had just as much faith and loyalty in me as I have in them and boy am I greatful. It a little funny when I say Casey walks on water and I thank god he’s not a quiter. Thank each and everyone of the team at united.
