This is my first time working with Abigail and my second time working with Matt. When Matt reaches out to you, it’s not just as a provider/client relationship. He truly cares about what you’re going through in life and adjust it to help you to the best of his ability figure out a way to afford the house that you want to get into. Abigail was always timely in her responses and very easy to contact. She was a very nice individual every time that I communicated with her.I know there’s other options out there, but I will always go back to veterans United as long as Matt is still working there. And now I have a strong second reason to go back with Abigail.

We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. I love the fact that you have a secure portal to place all of your documents in versus putting it in an email. This is what sets Veterans United apart from the rest. Most of the experience was great, however when it came to crunch time to get a clear to close, it seemed as if there were items that were brought up that were either already addressed or at the very least should have been addressed well in advance.Our team lead, Tim Tallis was exceptional.

The individuals who facilitated my loan acquisition provided exceptional service.
Everyone seemed to know what they needed to do to help, but I’m still confused as to who was doing what. I was consistently getting calls and messages from different people all doing different things so it’s hard to say what was actually needed and what wasn’t. There were times when my questions were going to the wrong person because I just didn’t understand what was going on.
Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!
The overall performance of the team was outstanding. The only issue I had was having to submit the same documents multiple times in order to proceed.
