It was not a good experience. Everything was late and constantly sending more and more online forms. When you call them you will not reach them. You have to wait for them to call you and many times are realtor would have to hunt them down.

Never had a second thought about reaching out to Jen with questions, help filling out the To do list or anything else that came up I was not sure of.
