Now what I hated is the fact that you guys sold my loan to the one Mortgage company that absolutely despise to the point where I will likely refinance just to get away from them. Now I will likely never you use you guys to purchase a house again.

I don’t have any complaints. When I asked questions they were answered. I struggled with understanding closing costs. The numbers confused me at times. That may be normal for a single person trying to navigate through this process
