Veterans United is an outstanding organization that is helping veterans all over the nation to purchase their dream home. You can feel through your interactions and conversations with them over the phone that they truly care about each family that is in pursuit of a home somewhere in these United States. And they do it for each veteran who has faithfully served this Country. We thank God for them and their families.

I hate to be that kind of guy, and complain, but i was absolutely screwed over, its one thing to be helpful and make the purchase possible and make it happen, which my loan officer did do that, however screwing me over at the very end because she didnt disclose to me that i had to pay all that money really negates any good things i had to say.

People cringe when they think about the process of buying a house, including us. But from the first phone call, it went so amazingly well, we were almost nervous about how great it was and how quickly and smoothly the whole process was happening. It was over before we knew it, and we are excited to move into our new home!

People always talk about how hard a transition can be out of the military, and if you had a passion for it that transition is even harder as society does not seem to make it any better. BUT LET ME TELL YOU HWAT!!!! Veterans United is not that partbof society!!!!Before I talk about this one experience there have been multiple times in the past when we were even just window shopping and dipping our toes in the water to see what the market looks like.... and Veterans United didnt just let us tip toe they gave us the Jet Skis. They gave us the full experience of what we could possibly go through as more of dry run to home buying. With all the documents mostly set up from working with a previous company(for months) with very little knowledge to the VA loan process we were looking to close weeks past the deadline needed. In just 10 days maybe less. Veterans United showed the true firepower. Came in like the support of an A10-Warthog!!! Majestic, professional, and everywhere efficient!

My experience was very positive, Nick and Katie did and excellent job helping us through the home buying process.

Very painless and easy, made my refi easy!

Katie Chamberlin was also pivotal in our home buying process. She stepped up and directed us through many of the difficulties on the tail end. Her and Jaimie were absolutely great! The appraisers, however, was extremely difficult to work with. Even after we had made many of the necessary repairs, they were critical and nit-picky on many trivial matters that would not have made a difference as far as safety concerns. They were also very non-communicative, which left us in the dark when actually making the necessary repairs.

Experience first-hand why 335,612 homeowners give us a perfect score!

The only reason I did not give the overall experience a 10 is because I found my (supposedly) main loan coordinator Madi Lackey very unreliable. I understand during the process she was out sick a lot, then vacation, then sick again but, when I did talk to her maybe twice during the whole process she seemed very uninvested and very rarely did she have the answers to any of my questions. At one point, she was asking me questions like I had the answers. She was hard to get a hold of! It was very frustrating!Luckily there was Jay and Sam. Both gentlemen were great!

I had my doubts about this program when I first started because I just wasn't sure if I would qualify for all the whoops I thought I was about to embark upon...WELL, I was WRONG!!! This was the easiest, most professional, and encouraging experience. MY entire TEAM ROCK my NEW HOME process. And 45 days later I'm a VETERAN HOMEOWNER

It was a great experience working with the Veterans United team.
