If you are a veteran, you want to work with Jerry amd the VU team. The checklists are very easy to go through as the website has everything spelled out. All closing costs are sent for your review. You can also get your utilities set up right at the website. This was my first time buying a home and I had my coworkers talking through their horror stories through underwriting. Matt was always straight to the point and would ask for everything he needed and it has to be on time. When he asked me, I would follow up and the communication flowed smoothly which made the process great
My whole team was amazing from start to finish, helpful and kind. They really listened to my needs and found a way to get us there! I’m so glad this was my first experience as a homebuyer. Kim, Lori, Alex, Christy were all amazing and if I could give each of them 1000 out of 10 rating I would.
