need better communication with title company and the last few days of closing. need to let buyer know there are certain timelines that require signing on different days and must be done in person or through notary.

Our loan specialist was always friendly and easy to communicate with even when we were still deciding between loan companies. When questions arose, Andrew was anccessible and informative, even gave out his cell when we were putting in an offer over the weekend. We asked for a tight closing window and him and his team made it happen. Everything went smoothly because of their diligent work and ease to communicate with, especially with us preparing different underwriting needs. Would definitely recommend Andrew and the VU team, it was a great experience overall!
I didn't think buying a house would have been so easy. I didnt have good credit, and didn't think I would even be approved. But Veterans United walked me through all the steps from start to finish.
