Having the water tested again created an issue with the buyer. I’d suggest providing a list as to what the VA requires at each step in the process. I know NY is difficult but knowing what is expected ahead of time would be nice.
While most people complete a transaction and move on Scott took time out of his day to review figures and provide an explanation of some discrepancies. This was not expected and certainly above his required duties.

Trevor, alisca, and Jennifer are a team made in heaven for home buyers and covered everything my wife and I could have asked. The entire team I worked with was speedy and transparent. I felt supported and I hope more veterans get to work with the loan team. A particular acknowledgment that I must note is the satisfaction I have with my interactions with my Loan Coordinator (Max Butler). He was not only professional, but easy to talk to. Max stayed on top of everything, and was a fundamental role in moving this process along.
Have to say that Erinn was a pleasure to work with, she was always cheerful and very helpful every time that we interacted with each other. She definitely was a difference maker in our loan process.
