Veterans United is a very thorough and by the book, that can be very good and bad at the same time. As long as you make sure your ducks are lined up and you have everything in order you should not have any issues closing with this lender.

I could not and wouldn't have gone through this process with anyone else! As a single mother of two this was terrifying! But veterans united made the process easy and I got the best possible options for me. I am extremely happy with them and would do it all over if it meant working with them!
Improvements can be made. A large lender with shortcomings especially before closing. I think government shutdown issues could've been an obstacle. Please, communicate better or send a rep around when closing.
