I personally would recommend VU to all veterans the loan teams there worked hard to get me the rate other companys were offering and even adjusted the rate two times because I continued to shop for the best rate. They went above an beyond to ensure I got the rate I wanted. Todays intrest rates are very important and Amanda and the loan team did an amazing job handling my requests.

way to much crap from the underwriters but we got through it
From the start when we where first applied everything was so easy we used the free credit councilor to fix up a couple rough spots and Chris got us right where we needed to be! We went through with the loan process and it was so easy thanks to the whole team helping us guide through everything and explaining what we needed to submit and what not. We got a bunch of fun little gifts which we appreciate so much! I highly recommend veterans United to anyone looking to to by a home!

I didn't like that I wasn't given my closing disclosure until a few hours before closing. I had to rush around to get a Cashiers Check prepared. I wasn't given payment instructions for the title company and had to call the title company myself to get it. Also, my loan officer insisted that escrow was required for VA loans, which I know isn't a VA requirement.
However, I did like the ease of the VU app, the concierge, and the realtor.
