VU was perfect for us. My wife and I had very limited knowledge on the whole home buying process. We’ve been actually looking for a home since the pandemic and were very discouraged the first time around after it didn’t work out. We took a break for almost a year from house hunting. VU got us right back on track, set us up with a new realtor, and in a couple of weeks we were under contract for our new home! VU made everything very simple and eased the process. It was invaluable to us as my wife and I have a 1 year old and both work very demanding jobs in healthcare. I would love to work with VU again in the future!

I didnt have the greatest credit after waiting for VA claims for 13 yrs, but we started working on it in September of 2022 and by December of 2022 we were ready to purchase. We found and closed on perfect house in March of 2023
