I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month. A lot of folks wanted to help and reached out, but it was difficult to keep track of who was the right person to talk to for each thing. It was a lot of phone numbers and voicemails from numbers that weren’t the same as the last time they called. It made it difficult to keep track sometimes. I know moving is a lot of moving parts but it would have been nice to have all those folks numbers on my portal, not just the concierge.

This team was phenomenal. Communication and customer service exceeded expectations and they were a pleasure to work with!
The only other thing I have to say is that the public notary that we had for the signing. She was very nice and made sure she explained every part that we needed to sign and also answered any questions that we had while signing. She made sure the whole signing process went very smooth.
