Dealing with the loan officer and the customer advocate was very unpleasant
The experience from start to finish was great! All questions I had were answered so fast, it was unreal. I highly recommend veterans united for anyone who is able to work with them.

The only issue that we ran into was closing. We intended to close on 8 March, but the final disclosure was not ready which pushed us back to 9 March. Not really a big deal in the end, just rubbed me the wrong way considering we began the process in January. I don't know how long it takes to prep closing, but having the paperwork done on time when they said it would be would be an improvement. I'm not sure that this is completely on VU either. Everything else went smoothly though and the team was courteous and responsive.
Going thru Veterans United was an excellent experience. They were professional, and task and time oriented. Everything flowed seamlessly, and they did a great job in every aspect.
Simply incredible! They were the best team of people we could have asked for. Assisted with Us finding a home in the current market and all it's chaos!
