Closing a VA loan in 30 days is unheard of... people shy away from accepting offers from buyers because of the extra efforts they will have to go through to sell their house. Rick, Bridgette and the whole team were so quick in communicating what was needed to proceed to the next step. They all said that my response to their requests were key to success, but it takes both ends to make get the loan approved and closed. Rick's team is the best in the business, we offered on March 13th and closed on April 14th--the whole experience was unbelievably smooth--they were always available to answer my questions. VU's "To Do" list makes everything easier too... its always simple to see what is needed and what has been accomplished.
