Veterans United was wonderful.
The only concerns we have/had are
1) The Friday before we closed (Closed at 0900 EST on Monday) I received a text at 1700 stating my wife’s employment verification needed to be completed by having her boss call a woman named Agatha. Agatha was out of the office by the time I’d received the text which then caused my wife and I to panic as to whether or not we would be able to close on time. That said, Jerry called me the next day and was able to put my mind at ease.2) To a much lesser and comical extent, the gift box for the home purchase that was intended for my wife and I only had male oriented items in it. They’re appreciated it just seemed humorous that it was intended for the two of us.
Veterans united was so professional and committed to putting me in a home, as a United States Army Veteran I really feel loved and adored by Veterans United, they are the cream of the crop as it relates to home choosing, home inspection, home loan, and finally home closing, thank you so much Veterans United.
My fellow Veterans, time to buy a home and stop renting. You please contact Veterans United immediately. I pray you get the same team of Lance, Julie, and Damien.

If you want a company that will do what they say, you need to come to Veterans United and they will be upfront and honest with you and if they say they can help you get a great deal, they most definitely will do their best, you be honest with them and they will take care of you. Thank You Again for Helping me into a great home.

Although Katie was nice in e-mail correspondence, but among her, Matt, Laura Schwalenberg, and even somebody else initially, I felt there was uneccessary and even confusing redundancy.
Veterans United did a great job in working with me to make things happen and to make sure that things were set up and done as quickly as possible. Great Veteran program.
This was our second loan experience with loan officer Kenny Scheer and he continued to offer outstanding service resulting in another seamless transaction. Not only is Kenny a competent loan officer, he is a genuinely nice person. Blair also did a great job keeping us on track with things that needed to be completed/submitted on our end. We are very appreciative of them both.
