This is the third house I have financed in my life. Veteran's United was hands down the best experience I have had by far. Taylyn was amazing and answered the phone every single time I called. Tyler the realtor, that they set me up with was amazing as well. I never doubted that when I had a question it would be answered instantly. The team that I had was absolutely incredible and I will recommend them to anyone.

Veterans United is a very thorough and by the book, that can be very good and bad at the same time. As long as you make sure your ducks are lined up and you have everything in order you should not have any issues closing with this lender.

What impressed me most about Shane is that he knew when not to press. I was very unsure whether or not I wanted to purchase a home when I sought preapproval. He never made me feel pressured, allowing me to proceed at my own pace. Then once I was ready, months later, so was he. Every step was smooth and professional. Derrick fully explained various options, and walked me through the numbers so that it was easy to understand. Loved my experience working with this team!
