Everyone on our team displayed top notch expertise and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. They checked in at all the right times. Answered any and all questions & concerns in a timely fashion. Completing tasks and signing documents electronically was so simple! They didn’t skip a beat and worked diligently on our behalf. From the beginning handbook & socks to the unexpected happy mail included a monogrammed & personalized welcome home mat! The attention to detail & finishing touches like that makes VU standout and are a true class act. I have no doubt that if I buy an home again it will be with VU. I didnt have the best credit, but after working with the light house credit repair, offered by Veterans unoted within a year i got my pre approval and my dream of owning my home has come true. The interest rate wasn’t very good. Customer service was poor. I would not recommend.
