This team at Veterans United was impressive. They made the process seamless and simple, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is need of a lender in order to purchase their home.
Overall a very lackluster experience. Closing date swapped numerous times, missing closing times, sending the same paperwork numerous times. Overall the the experience was poorly layed out as the underwritter should know what is needed. Not ask for something get it then ask for the exact same form in a different format. My last purchase on a VA loan was painless quick and easy. As my first house I started with Veterans United then left to go to another company because of how annoyed I was.
