This was my first time using my VA loan and I was honestly pretty uninformed about the whole process. But my team was amazing with helping me understand everything in doing frequent, but not obsessive, check ins to see how everything was going. I appreciate everything they did for me and their transparency along the way, especially with the way the market currently is.

The to do items on the website helped us keep track of where we were in the process. Being able to upload documents directly to our account for review by the loan team was very beneficial.
Amber brown truly was the knight in shining armor to the whole ordeal! Anytime something happened she was there and save the day. She really was the MVP ! Robin and Melissa also was a blessing as well they were all so helpful! They explained everything a million times if needed especially being a first time home buyer. We know that we made the right choice with them.
The team approach of Veterans United was more than what we had expected from a loan institution, and was a great help in the long distance buying of a home. The Concierge service was an added bonus. It relieved us of researching all the things one must do when moving long distance. We used one of the suggested movers, Briana provided everything I needed to set up utilities, I could always count on a quick response to emails. I was never at a loss of what I should do next. I had excellent guides. Beth kept me on tract with the minutiae required during the loan process. This "TEAM" made the process much easier. They were the proactive individuals during this process. All we had to do was respond, and I truly thank them for that.
