Aaron Laxson and Jessica were awesome and helped make things easier and smoothly for us.

I absolutely had a wonderful experience. All of my questions were answered and we were helped every step of the way! I am so grateful we were given the opportunity to work with Veterans United and I would highly recommend utilizing them for a home loan! I only have had positive experiences!!!

Liz, the loan concierge, was nice. The reason I gave an overall 7 instead of a 10 to Veterans United was because the underwriter(s) seemed to be looking for reasons to deny us instead of looking at ways to assist as the VA guide book suggests. Specifically, when Chris escalated our file to the underwriter’s supervisor, the supervisors delayed response caused us to delay the scheduled closing date. We started the process with issues of Equifax not reporting due to Liam’s name change last year and we were pre-approved. Imagine our surprise when the underwriter and/or their supervisor made that a sticking point. It led Liam and me to think there was potential home lending discrimination by the underwriter due to us disclosing our race as African American. Chris is in no way associated with this perception. He is absolutely wonderful and as stated, above we have only positive marks for Chris.

This team is a great one. My only regret is that I won’t be able to shake their hands in person.

The realtor, loan agents and Brett Peters are the best support system we had for our purchase.

Dan and the rest of the team made our first home buying experience so effortless and, dare I say, enjoyable at most times. My husband and I were nervous about the whole process of buying a home due to bad experiences others were having with different brokers. Plus, buying a home is a daunting task, however, Dan made us feel so comfortable and at ease. I can’t rave enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with him and Veterans United.

Veterans United is an awesome group of professionals to work with!

Go local! Don’t use an online company. They don’t know your area or the people. We wished we had went local. It would have been such a smoother endeavor.
Response from Veterans United
Richard,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I'm so sorry to see your recent experience didn't measure up to your expectations. Please know we're here to listen and learn more. If you'd like to talk with us, our Client Advocate team is available. Your feedback helps us find new ways to improve where we fell short to ensure no other Veterans share the same experience moving forward.
We’re in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. If you reach out beyond these hours, we’ll be in touch the following day. We hope to hear from you soon and wish you well just the same.
Sincerely,
Kendra, Client Relations
