I was quoted one and interest rate when I started and one point. Just before closing the rate changed and 3 points were added plus title Insurance. This was not right to do to anyone let alone a Veteran. Very poorly done.

I am sorry that this was a frustrating experience for you, we would never intend to provide a rate or fee you were unaware of receiving. Your initial loan estimate reflected what was discussed but I do see a buy down of a little over one point which took place about midway through your process. While I do not see any further changes we certainly understand that updating your fee sheet can cause confusion when not explained in a timely manner.
