Because of my circumstances (separated from a veteran who was not purchasing the home with me) I was not able to get the lowest possible interest rate on the mortgage. That being said, I felt that the rate was excellent and the service provided by Veterans United was outstanding. I am happy to recommend them!A side note: the person who handled the closing on my end was extremely pleased (and a bit surprised) by the speed with which VU processed the faxed paperwork to release funds to the seller.

Well, shoot, I could write for quite a while about all the positives of working with Veterans United. This is our third time working with them, and even more this time, the system they use to take care of their customers served us so well!!! We are getting a little older, and the ease of going through the processes to reach the final destination of closing out our refinance/loan, well, it was so straightforward I just can’t say enough good about their processes and sequencing. Any Veteran or customer using Veterans United will be shocked at how well they just take on the mission, and get their clients to the finish line. I’ve been involved with some pretty sophisticated operations, and their operation is heads above the rest. Then they throw in the courtesy, professionalism, and a bunch of other just warm and kind ‘stuff,’ and you have a company that somehow transports you to a time long ago.
