Veterans United home loans has streamlined the entire home buying process to where I almost completed the entire thing on my mobile phone. I was amazed to not even miss a full day of work during this whole process.
I’d definitely recommend any Veteran to use who is considering buying or refinance with their VA benefits to use Veterans United loans. Our home buying experience was amazing than ever. Their Underwriting team was on spot, every document we submitted was updated right few hours after submission which made the process faster.
Are they legit?..........completely legit! :) Being in Oregon but having your loan agent in Missouri can be a little nerve-wracking at first. However the people at Veteran's United and especially our loan officer Nate Bitner made it so easy and comfortable to walk through the process. Their communication and availability is the top notch and it is what sets them apart from the all the others!
The concierge service was a great help setting up utility service at new address. This service alone is worth its weight in gold!
I would like compensation for the lost interest I paid to cover my own interests in the loan that failed to clear on time and should have been dealt with without my involvement. I'm fairly certain if I hadn't gotten involved we very likely would have gone beyond the 15 day grace period with the mortgage company thinking it was all taken care of. Without my follow up (several hours of dealing with this) it seems no one would have known there was an issue. Even until just an hour ago no one know there was a problem...

Overall great experience and I would recommend to all vets
Thumbs up , there for me and my family was able to call anytime quickly respond to all calls. Thanks
It's been a long time since I've applied for a mortgage on a home, and there's more to it than I remember. Be prepared to provide documentation, lots of it, in a timely manner to keep the process going. Depending on your circumstances, you may have to contact several agencies for current information, which may have to be mailed to you, though some is available online. An updated computer and printer/scanner are invaluable. Read information VU has posted on their website which can be helpful to you. Also be aware that even though most loans are "0 down payment", there are fees involved, some of which can be rolled into the loan, but expect there to be some cash layout required at closing. Discuss any concerns with your loan specialist and they will be happy to help.
Amazing company!
Josh and his team went above and beyond for me and my unique situation and having errors on my credit report and work tireless with me to correct it get me in the best rate and get my home with one of the craziest home market there has ever been couldn’t be happier with Veterans United thanks!
I would not recommend. After 6 months and having our home insurance cancelled, we finally got the paperwork to sign and it wasn’t done correctly. Find someone else to work with.
