Buying a new home (and moving) could have been a stressful process, but it was orchestrated as a smooth and comfortable experience. Communication was clear and helpful every step of the way. I always felt well informed and understood what was needed for each step in the process. As a Veteran, I truly appreciate the outreach of everyone in the VU staff. They are efficient and respectful and eager to assist. I also appreciate the service offered by the concierge team. And finally, I do recommend Veterans United to any fellow veterans planning a home purchase.

The entire experience with Veterans United was fantastic. Everyone was very flexible, even with curveballs thrown at us by the seller and the seller's title company.
The entire experience was great. The only complaint I have is that during the e-signing, there were a couple of times I had to sign or explain the same thing multiple times. And there were a couple of times that I needed to get a hold of my lender to answer questions and they were either in meetings or lit for the day. All in all, everything has been amazing and great.
