Closing any home loan is a challenge. Veterans United made it feel much less daunting and were very professional throughout the process. Their website is very user friendly and efficient. My loan team was available at all times for questions, and the client portal is excellent to keep things on track and moving forward efficiently. I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone!
The checklist and to do list they give you breaks everything down into small steps and makes it so easy! Without it I wouldn’t have known where to start, and I definitely wouldn’t have finished! Closed on my house in about 30 days, which was amazing and I got to move into my new house before my report date. 10/10 will recommend to any of my army friends looking into buying a house!

I think the underwriters need to read the documents prior to requesting new documents. As in our case we sent the same document to answer questions 4 times. Most of the documents needed in our case they already had. The rest was on us and a pain but we got it done. Allen was very helpful, and responsive to questions and concerns.
