As a first time ever home buyer the process was a bit confusing. Even with the educational videos, there was some confusion on the process, how things go, and some expenses. Our realtor was the one who told us about the closing costs being 6% of the loan, and various things that Veterans United did not tell us. Veterans United should take more time one on one to educate those of us who are buying process.

Nick Asher was the third key player during my home loan process and he was nothing short of great! He was quick with answering all of my questions, even if some of them were repetitive. He updated me throughout the process and was very patient with me on the home stretch when I started to get anxious about closing.Huge thank you to CJ, Nick and Laura for being an amazing team to work with!
