I was confused about the underwriter. Moving to a different location without a house and filing for a transfer with my job is a hectic process. For some people, you can't just file a transfer and drop everything with your job to include potential trainings just to satisfy the underwriter that the house that you are purchasing will be your primary residence. There's a process on everything. It will take time to move your family to include jobs especially if you work for the government and military reserve.
Again, I have to say George was amazing and I hope you send as many people his way because he was truly the best!Everyone we talked to at Veterans United was great and I’m so glad we had such a great team by our side while buying our first and (hopefully) forever home!
Zach Roberts and Tom Purk were awesome. They explained every step of the process and answered all of our
questions in a timely manner. I work nights and they worked around my schedule, which was great.

Let me start by saying that the first though of buying a home is scary. Not the buying, but the process of redundant paperwork and personal scrutiny of personal information, credit and so forth. After the very first call with Jon Ouk, our loan officer he calmed my nerves down and made me comfortable. From then on, it was smooth sailing. The whole process made me felt very comfortable as the loan team provided guidance the whole way. Communication was spot on. I'm very thankful to work with Veteran's United because they have a tailored service just for me. We got our dream home and it's still sinking how real it is.
