Justin has been and will be the guy I use for all of my future housing financials. He made this process as easy as humanly possible. Answered all of my questions and I was able to contact him at any point in time that I needed him.

Even when I took a break in house hunting Lindsey reached out to follow-up and I never felt like " just a number" to her. When my emotions were high just prior to closing she allowed me to vent and eased my fears. Jeff Gordon served as a liaison in this process but his assistant Sarah Hadley was the individual assisting my husband and I in this process and she did a terrible job. Poor communication, hostile attitude, no sense of urgency, and conflicting with the information she provided. She tried to undermine us the entire process which resulted in a delay in closing amongst other things.

The home buying process while exiting and fun, is a very stressful and time consuming ordeal. I can’t speak highly enough of the support I received from my team at Veteran’s United.
