Everyone was quick and easy to get in touch with and hear back from. Ive looked at houses on zillow since 2016; having favorited well over 400 in a couple of states, but had only seen one house prior to starting with VUHL.My VUHL team was on it. From initial contact , to finding a home, to inspections, to closing with a VA loan; only took a little over 30 days. Everybody was above reapproach.
While I did not fill out the other boxes, I will say that this team helped me reach a goal that I have been trying to accomplish for the last two years. They were knowledgeable and flexible and like the commercial said, I went from renter to homeowner in 30 days. I can not thank the team enough!

We never waited more than 6 hours for an email response and even received check-in or follow up calls on Sundays when requested. This was our first home purchase, and the team took every measure to walk us through what we were signing and even broke down contract language in a way we could understand it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Jaimie and her team were very up front from the start and they got things completed very quickly. There is a concern I do have though. During the process we ran into some issues. There was a few times we were submitting paperwork that was previously submitted. We felt there was some issues with one representative that didn’t seem very well prepared. This made it frustrating from time to time. I don’t mind getting paperwork submitted but it should only need to be done once.
Seriously thankful at how smooth this entire process was and love our new home. Thanks all!!!

This was a stressful time in our lives, much like the world due to Covid. I lost 14 family members, 2 due to Covid. Then my husband's aunt passes from COPD, 9 months later he looses his mom, also from COPD. I'm not done yet, in the middle of this my Daddy is loosing blood, he's diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer from Vietnam chemical exposures.
I took a deep breath let my own ailing disabled husband, who is 100 disabled through the VA, myself included. I looked at my husband and said to him, I will quit my job with Maine Department of Labor, move us out of our condo and we will make it to your dad's house.
This is do to Veterans United. Without you I wouldn't be sitting here with my husband allowing him to appreciate everything you and entire team along with myself have done. Now I can work on his health in a home he grew up in. The very home we hospice his mom in.
