Heidi Bailey-Houston and Bryan Kay were absolutely incredible. They helped us through some insane life and job changes and stuck with us every step of the way. They got back to us immediately, were always in touch, and always positive and hopeful and fighting for us to get approval. We wouldn't have been able to close and probably would have fallen out of the loan approval process without them. If you could have the list of things you need done before you enter in the contract it would have been helpful. A lot of the stuff takes appointments (pest, appraisal) some people work out of town or can't take off on a Tuesday at 11am. Was very disappointed that you expected me to drop what I was doing to accommodate you and the rush it took to get these things done
