Choosing local loan officer to me was better than trying to use USAA loan officer somewhere in Texas as i am here in Nebraska. They knew the area more and had some insights that helped.Usaa charged more for some kind of insurance for a tornado that happened in Nebraska a long time ago. VU did not add extra fee to my loan for that.
They made what seems like a complex and timely process so easy and simple. Majority of paperwork is made digital and as simple as a click to sign. All personnel were always willing to help and find solutions and answers anytime of any day. Would recommend!
