OMG!!! The experience I had with Veterans United and my Loan officer Mr. Steve was an amazing experience. From the time I got pre-approved to my closing date I never felt I was alone in the process. I was made to feel like I was my loan officer and Real Estate Agents only customers. No questions that I had went unanswered. I would recommend my entire team to anybody. The entire experience was fantastic. I was assigned a team that was available 24/7 to answer questions, support the agents, support title company requests, home inspections, insurance, and moving utilities.
A lot goes into this process, and unless you have a team that executes these with efficiency, then you will be holding the bag and stressed out.

Amazing loan team and extraordinarily helpful with everything the whole process
The appraiser dragged his/her feet to the absolute end and then claimed "technical issues" which delayed closing by a day. Not much but with our timeline, we really could have used the day.
My team was quick and timely, answered almost all of my questions immediately. It was a stressful process, being my first house, but my team made it so much easier. I especially appreciated the Home Concierge. If I hadn't know anything about where I was moving his expertise would be especially valuable. I feel like I underutilized his skill set. :D
