I have heard horror stories of people buying houses...although it was frustrating at times with knowing what kind of documents you were looking for it went pretty much without a hitch. Overall the house buying process was good with a few areas of improvement to include communication, clarity between VU staff so as to alleviate unnecessary an unwanted stress.
