I would definitely recommend Veterans United to all of my Veteran friends. Everyone on their team was friendly and helpful. No matter what hiccup came up they found a way to work through it.

Jared was very helpful as my loan officer; however, Jamie Ponder, my loan coordinator, was an absolute mess. She refused to answer phone calls, never called back, barely responded to emails, and couldn’t keep promises she made. Also prepare to be under a fine tooth comb for at least a month while they’re scrutinize every aspect of your life 3 times before you can get approved for the loan.

I was amazed by this team. Brie and Connor in particular. Their teamwork was phenomenal. I loved being able to communicate with them via text messaging, that made things so easy for me; Technology in general made this whole process easier.
To give this praise context, I have to share some experiences during my loan process not with Veteran's United. I was in contact with multiple other loan agencies. One agency, the representative repeatedly kept trying to convince me that I could trust them. (That just signaled red flags and pushed me to trust them less). Another agency became too pushy and demanding, with both myself and my realtor, which felt extremely unprofessional.
One example of the teamwork demonstrated by this team, there was paperwork that needed to be reviewed and/or signed, Connor initiated contact with me to take care of this, unbeknownst to me at the time, Brie was currently out of the office and normally would have been the team member taking care of this. It wasn't until some time, days?, later that Brie was apologizing for being away from the office and checking on this particular document to review, which because of said above, we already resolved.
