It was a tough loan due to the relocation company I was working with. Everyone got on board and we did things a little unconventionally.
Communication seems to be an issue. There were long gaps with no communication. This was the only concern I had. I had to reach out several times to keep the ball rolling.
Its been a long journey and the entire mortgage team was on spot through all of it!
