I feel Veterans United is not a bad company. I do feel that I my broker did a very bad job. With 7 years doing the same job for a national bank, I would have never would have allowed this process to get so out of bounce. I really feel Veterans United should do something for my family and I with all the missteps along the way.

As I said earlier today to my kids, if congress worked as a team as well as my Veterans United team has for the past month we would end poverty and homelessness in no time. I’m so grateful for you all!
Veteran United's guidance through the homebuying process minimize the stress of buying a home. Each question that I had was answered with patience and honesty.
Can't say I know many people that would say they enjoy the process of home buying. Was stressful and had some issues and comments I kept to my self being honest. But in the end I got a great home for close to what I was wanting to spend. No regrets but I do feel some member of this team could use a bit more training.

I'm a first time home buyer. I've heard of many scenarios from other people as well as family of the ups and downers in the process. Well, I experienced it with my grandaunt passing away just two weeks before closing. I wasn't expecting that; I was told that every emotion would come all at once not knowing one of the emotions would be a reality. On the day of closing on time it did not hit me yet...that.. I...have... a... home. And yes I was homeless and houseless living in my car at times. The team that worked with me at Veterans United, were wonderful in helping me experience another emotion.. happiness. Wow... I'm in my office at home writing this review drinking coffee :)
