I have been through more than a few VA loans. This by far was the worst! I'm not referring to the 6 weeks it took for an appraisal either. I was given bad advice about locking in the rates but that's on me. The underwriting team was incompetent at best, I could even use the phrases, misfeasance, malfeasance, and nonfeasance to describe what I experienced. Don't get me wrong, Dave and Taylor were nice enough people, they just didn't carry through with any of our concerns. The story goes on..............
